President
Mike "Swin" Swinford is the consumate music industry veteran and entreprenur. With core background specialties that engulf the industry's new "360 Model", Swin is has launched and currently oversees the operations of an artist management company (Rainmaker Artists), a full service merchandise company with a focus on the music industry (Bandwear.com), and independent record labels that have successfully launched the careers of several high profile artists (Rainmaker Records/Brando Records).

Sam Paulos
Business Development
Sam has owned and managed a recording studio, CD manufacturer, and music distributor for almost 20 years, serving predominantly regional bands in the Southwest. He also has had record labels helping to launch the careers of the Dixie Chicks, Jackopierce, Blue October and over 30 other bands. Currently all these companies are still operating and thriving, in addition to new companies in promotional products (Tshirts, caps, etc) and ecommerce. His hobbies are owning car dealerships, music instrument manufacturers, live music clubs, and real estate.

After playing in and co-managing a band for over 7 years, and working as a free lance graphic designer and marketing consultant for numerous other bands, labels, and management companies G.I. co-founded Fancorps.com in late 2006. (and yes his name is actually "G.I"...well, his nick name anyways, and he had it long before the army themed company was formed)

As a street rep for local Dallas bands, College Rep for BMG Distribution, Head of Marketing for One Ton Records (Independent Label), Marketing & Sales Rep for Crystal Clear Distribution (Regional Southwest Distributor), Artist Development Rep for Sony BMG Distribution and now as Director of Sales & Marketing for Fancorps, Tony has 15+ years experience in marketing & sales in the entertainment industry.

Jaye Miller
Senior Developer
Jaye has been developing for the web for over 10 years during which time has worked on many projects with Swin, Sam and GI including Bandwear.com and CrystalClearCDs.com. "I believe dedication and determination are the key to any success...but don't forget to make time for play." Jaye co-founded Fancorps.com in 2006. "If I were a G.I. Joe member they would call me "Graveyard".

Brian Miller

Brian earned his stripes fighting the enemy in the U.S. Air Force and fighting bureaucracy in corporate America. He brings expertise in global project management and systems integration to the team. Family, friends, and music are his passions.

Blake Stoffregen
Developer
While splicing tape for cd duplication as an Audio Engineer at Crystal Clear Sound, Blake tripped over a keyboard in a storage room that coincidently turned the power off for the office internet. With the power plugged back in he has enjoyed over 8 years of Web Design and Development work and continues to challenge colleagues and himself with exurbanite ideas to evolve. In his spare time he spends time with family, plays guitar, and writes songs for an electronically challenged band.

Charlie Oxford

Dabbling in just about every artistic medium known to man, Nicholas is a man of many trades. Flash animation, graphic design, and video production are just the tip of his creative iceberg. He also enjoys long walks on the beach, fines wines, and reading instruction manuals.
