Account Executive (Inside Sales)
Fancorps seeks an Account Executive to join our fast-growing and immensely talented sales team. Target clients will largely consist of Fortune 2000 consumer brands and PR/Advertising Agencies. This position could require light travel from time to time.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
- Perform product demos using web tools to customers and prospective clients
- Become an expert in inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and prospect qualification
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline forecast
- Serve as an enthusiast for Fancorps' word-of-mouth marketing and brand advocacy platform
- Collaborate with senior members of sales team to facilitate "warm" lead hand-off where appropriate
- Work closely with our Client Liason Representatives to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively within the organization to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring creative strategies and ideas to further advance our company's products, values, culture and vision for the future
Required Skills:
- A passion for selling and a pride in the profession
- Experience within a sales team that consistently produces and exceeds their goals
- Relevant domain experience in social media or software as a service (SaaS)
- Proven track record as a Top Producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 5% of your peers). You are a "Closer."
- Minimum of two years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment
- Experience working with business owners, marketers, and executives
- A sharp focus on your goals
- The ability to advance the vision of the company
- Street smarts
- A powerful work ethic
- Superior communication skills
- Facility with Mac OS, Keynote, MS Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience in a start-up environment a plus
Required Education:
- B.A. or B.S. degree (M.B.A. is a plus)
