Fancorps' Order system is a one of a kind method to assign, track and manage duties within a working street team. An Order is the easiest and most effective way to get your team to complete a task, reward them for their work and track their efforts. |
There are two types of Orders you will need to be familiar with. (1) Open Orders and (2) Individual Orders.
Open Orders are up for grabs to your team members, they are always sent to the entire team and each member has the choice to either accept it or not. These are great when you need volunteers for a specific task but location or rank are not relevant. Meaning anyone, anywhere can lend a hand with an Open Order.
Individual Orders are for more specific detail oriented tasks. You can assign them in many different ways to any number of members. When creating an Individual Order you are given several options for who you would like to send the order to: (1) By Group (2) By State/Country (3) By Rank (4) Individual Members
As you can see an Order can be given to anyone on your team in any number of ways. You determine how many Points the Order is worth and when the Order is due, from there it's up to you to reward your team members when they complete an Order by viewing the Order and giving them the points they deserve.
