The Rank and Point system is a very important part of the success and productivity of your new Fancorps Street Team. It gives you the ability to easily see who is working the hardest and view exactly what they are doing.

Each member receives points for everything they do on the site. Simple tasks such as logging in or posting on the forum will gain them a single point, while completing orders or creating content can get them hundreds of points at a time, much of this is up to you and it all varies from task to task.

This makes it very easy for you to manage your team members and reward the ones who are working the hardest, those with the most points are obviously putting in the most time and effort into promoting you.

As team members gain points their Rank changes moving them up in the Roll Call section, you can then easily assign Orders to a certain class of team members. If you have something that is extremely important and needs to get done asap you might assign it to your highest ranking members only rather than your entire team.

It's pretty simple, those who work the hardest should be rewarded more often. The Rank and Point system gives users instant gratification for doing something for you and encourages them to work hard to gain a higher Rank within the team.
