Well, first things first, I'm amazing! Hahaha, just kidding. My name is Haley and I love life! I love music, my friends, family, animals, traveling, good food, good company, reading, writing, and hanging out in general. I'm enrolled at Metropolitan State College of Denver and I am studying Photojournalism for my freshman year. I plan on moving out to California however to study Marine Biology. I'm trying to get into UC San Diego. There are so many things I want to do and see in the world and I cannot wait for my life to properly start. I've always wanted to go to Australia and study abroad there. My goal in life is to help find the cure for cancer; I've wanted to do this ever since my grandfather died from lung cancer when I was in the fourth grade. I play guitar, although not well, and I am still willing to learn. I also play bass, again horribly, but hey, my music makes me happy. I love going to concerts and always have a blast no matter what. I'm also kind of into the rave scene and love to go out and get dressed up and dance! I'm also a horrible procrastinator. I love art. Monet is my all time favorite artist and I want to go to France and see his home one day. Van Gogh, Degas, Michelangelo, and Rembrant are just a few amazing artist out there. I love studying art and music and wish that I could find a really good program in a school for that. I'm a fantasy freak! I love Harry Potter books and my all time favorite series is the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. I grew up reading Stephen King and my favorite books by him are The Green Mile collection and The Shining. I'm very close to my family, my dad in particular and I count the days until I get to see him. I hunt and fish even though I can be really girly about it. For example, I REFUSE to touch worms...bad experience...haha. I'm always laughing and smiling unless something has really upset me. I'm really into video games even though I suck at playing them. I need to find someone who will play them with me and laugh with me, not at me. I LOVE tattoos and already have 2. I have Jack Skellington on my back/left shoulder and a hummingbird on my outter right ankle. I plan on getting Sally on my back/right shoulder and have her and Jack holding hands in front of a ragdoll heart with the lyrics "My dearest friend, if you don't mind, I'd like to join you by your side, where we can gaze into the stars, and sit together, now and forever, for it is plain as anyone can see, we're simply meant to be." I also want the Guns' N' Roses logo on my lower back with some lyrics from November Rain next to it. I want stars behind both my ears and music notes on my wrists. I have big plans for tattoos and I can't wait to finish them all up. I also want to pierce my lip, eyebrow, my ears all the way up. and maybe some other things...not too sure yet. I've been through a lot, but I try to not let that get in my way of having a good time. I'm the person that can be your best friend or worst enemy. I hold grudges very easily and love to get revenge if I can. I have friends all over the world and keep in touch with all of them as well as I can. I'm a Star Wars freak as well. I love having Star Wars movie-athons and anytime you want to have one, just let me know and we'll rent every single movie and watch them all in one day (I've done it. It was amazing!) I love easily, but I also hate easily. Its a curse I suppose. I'm the kind of person that makes friends no matter where I go; my old friends like to point that out. I am an easy person to talk to and my friends know that they can call me at any time whether its 2 am or whatever, I am always there to listen and help out. I miss my car sooo much and still beat myself up over my stupid decisions. I try not to regret things because I believe that everything happens for a reason and my past makes me the person I am. I am terrified of closness though. I think it comes from my youth when my parents seperated, my grandpa's death, loosing so many friends, and being betrayed so many times. I am trying to get over this and my true friends have been a great help with it. I am ready to fall in love again, but I am so terrified of being hurt and deserted that it's very hard for me to express my true feelings to someone. I'm looking for that one person that will actually listen to me and help me with my issues. What else is there to say about me...My favorite color is purple, my favorite number is 14, I'm constantly changing...I write poetry. Anytime you want to read something I've written, let me know, I'll send you something. Life inspires my writing. I loved my high school creative writing class. I felt like it really help me break all of my writers blocks and find a new way to really expess who I am on the inside. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to drop me a line!
